One great way to get in the spirit of a holiday, no matter what holiday, is with a parade. Attend the North Halsted Street Halloween Parade at 6 PM on October 31 on Halsted.
This parade is known for having one of the city’s most outrageous and imaginative Halloween celebrations. Registration for a free children’s and pet’s costume contest begins at 4 PM.
Awards and live entertainment will follow the parade at the 7/11 parking lot on Roscoe and Halsted.
