CHICAGO A 28-year-old man was injured in a shooting in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood Saturday afternoon, according to police.

Police said the man was near the sidewalk in the 5000 block of North Kenmore Avenue just before 12:05 p.m. when he heard shots and felt pain.

He sustained a gunshot wound to the shoulder and was transported to Illinois Masonic Hospital in good condition.

No one is in custody and the incident is under investigation.
