CHICAGO — There’s a new restaurant in town that offers a contemporary take on traditional sushi called Sushi Boutique, inside of Claridge House at 1244 N. Dearborn Parkway.
To help paint the picture, it’s a chic lounge located in Chicago’s Gold Coast, it’s the sister restaurant of the highly acclaimed Sushi Suite concept, which opened in 2019 in Hotel Lincoln.
WGN News Now talked with executive chef Jordan Dominguez about their menu and to explain the concept.
