SUGAR GROVE, Ill. — Police in Sugar Grove are looking for a missing 15-year-old boy with special needs who wandered away from home on Monday night.
Joshua was last seen on Prairie Street east of Route 47 at around 6:45 p.m. Police are actively looking for him.
