CHICAGO — A Cook County judge ruled on Monday that ‘serial stowaway’ Marilyn Hartman must stay at the Cook County Jail following her latest arrest.
Hartman was arrested at O’Hare International Airport last month after she left her treatment facility without permission. She has been arrested over 20 times in airport incidents.
Hartman is being held without bond on allegations that she violated her previous probation.
