Parts Town, a distributor of foodservice equipment parts, has acquired the assets of Dayton Appliance Parts Co., a Midwest distributor of residential appliance parts.
The companies didn’t disclose financial terms of the deal.
Dayton, Ohio-based Dayton Appliance Parts has been family owned and operated since 1937. The company operates 12 locations in three states and features an extensive inventory of OEM parts for more than 100 leading residential appliance manufacturers.
