CHICAGO (CBS) — Kyle Rittenhouse‘s final court hearing could be Tuesday, before his trial begins next month.
The now 18-year-old from Antioch is charged with killing two men and wounding a third during unrest last year in Kenosha. A judge is expected to consider remaining motions Tuesday, including Rittenhouse’s request to dismiss a charge that he had a gun illegally.
Prosecutors want to show video of the teen talking about wanting to shoot people.
