After Whole Foods terminated its lease a year early at a downtown mixed-use building, another grocer is being sought to replace it.
Whole Foods previously occupied 31,000 square feet at One Superior Place located at 1 W. Superior St., according to Steve Schwartz with JLL, who is marketing the space. The Amazon-owned supermarket recently relocated to a 66,000-square-foot site at 3 W. Chicago Ave.
